Dispatch and Shipping
Making/ Dispatch Time:
I aim to dispatch all ready-to-ship orders within 5 working days.
Personalised items and rings that need resizing within 5-10 working days.
Made to order items please allow 3-4 weeks for dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
UK Shipping:
Free shipping on orders £40 and over, via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Royal mail guarantee delivery by 1pm next working day.
Orders under £40 will cost £4.99 and be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48. They aim to deliver within 2-3 working days and provide tracking.
Shipping timing starts after dispatch. You will receive an email when your order has been posted.
Overseas Shipping:
If you are outside of the UK please message me via the contact form or at design@ashleyinness.co.uk and I will give you a quote for shipping.
Delayed or Missing Parcels:
If your order hasn't arrived after waiting the dispatch time and shipping time, please contact me via the contact form or at design@ashleyinness.co.uk and I will look into it for you.
Returns
I hope you love your jewellery, but if for any reason you change your mind, ready-to-buy items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact me at design@ashleyinness.co.uk.
If your return is accepted, I'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Bespoke, remodelled and personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
I will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
